Sadly, a minority of people feel they can be rude, abusive, or even threatening in their emails or calls. My staff and I have the right to work in a safe and secure environment and as an employer I have the legal responsibility of providing that environment. I will not tolerate abuse which prevents me or my staff from doing our job or makes them feel intimidated or unsafe.
