Govia Thameslink have set out plans for improving the reliability and quality of the rail service for Hertford North passengers. It follows a passenger survey conducted by MP Mark Prisk which showed that poor reliability is the top concern.
Mark Prisk MP has met with senior managers at Govia Thameslink to present the findings of his survey on passengers concerns. He made it clear that Hertford North passengers feel their service has declined and that reliability is the key issue. Mark has published the findings on his website.

Commuters from Hertford North have condemned their rail service over the last six months as unreliable, according to a survey conducted by Mark Prisk MP. 77% of those polled cited the unreliability of the service run by Govia Thameslink as the one thing they most want to see change.
Mark Prisk MP is meeting with the head of Govia Thames Link (GTR) next month, along with others, to discuss the daily problems commuters face. Mark is therefore conducting a survey of passengers, to put to senior managers of GTR.
